How do I stop CPU throttling in Titanfall combat?

Titanfall combat was lagging badly because my CPU hit 85-88C. I tried adding case fans, but it just made more noise without helping. I switched to GamePP Fan Curve Configuration, raising the 80C target from 1600 to 1800 RPM. AIDA64 now shows stable 78-82C temps, and HWiNFO confirms 1800-2000 RPM, eliminating the throttle dips and keeping my gameplay smooth.
