Eliminating Horizontal Tearing

I was losing every fight because blinding horizontal tearing lines ruined my parry timing during monster battles. I tried enabling in-game V-Sync, but input lag spiked to 60ms per Nvidia Reflex, making combat feel sluggish. I used the GamePP Frame Time Analyzer to lock the sync interval at 16.6ms and capped the FPS at 60 via RTSS. The result was a perfectly flat frame curve per FrameView, with GPU load at 82% per GPU-Z and fan speeds at 1400RPM.
