Why does my DEATHLOOP stutter when switching time loops?

I was losing my mind every time the loop reset, watching the PCCOOLER RZ500 fan lag behind the CPU spike. I tried forcing 100% fan speed in BIOS, but the noise was unbearable and the frame time stayed stuck at 12-18ms per RTSS. Then I used GamePP Fan Curve Config to raise the 70°C threshold from 50% to 75% and enabled smart control. GamePP Hardware Sensor showed CPU temp dropping from 82-88°C to 78-83°C, and frame time stabilized at 8-10ms. That fix saved my sanity.
