Eliminate Urban Scene Lag
Navigating the ruins of Seattle was an anxious mess due to frequent micro-stutters. I first tried lowering the resolution to 1080P; although FPS increased by 5, the stuttering frequency didn't decrease, which was maddening. I then enabled the GamePP Resource Scheduler, set the process priority to High, and disabled background services. This worked perfectly: frame time fluctuations converged to 12-17ms per GamePP Analysis, and CPU temperature remained stable at 68-74℃ per AIDA64 monitoring.
