Optimizing Physics Calculation
High-speed swinging between skyscrapers pushed my CPU to the limit, creating a jarring tearing sensation. I tried enabling the Windows High Performance power plan, but CPU temps hit 96℃ per HWMonitor, causing a terrifying system crash. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set process priority to Realtime and shifted the pump response curve 6℃ earlier. RTSS showed frame time fluctuations dropped from 22-40ms to 13-17ms, and AIDA64 confirmed temps stabilized at 75-80℃.
