Fix Kioxia EXCERIA PLUS G3 SLC Cache
Turn switches in Civ VII were painful as my Kioxia EXCERIA PLUS G3 2TB write speeds plummeted to under 800MB/s. I tried adjusting virtual memory, but it worsened read/write conflicts. Using GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration, I increased the depth to 2048 and enabled forced write cache flush. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K random reads improving to 68-75MB/s. Loading times dropped from 12s to 5s, allowing me to set a stable storage environment for long strategy sessions.
