Why does SCARLET NEXUS freeze during large-scale attacks on SATA?

When unleashing superpowers for wide-area attacks, the screen would freeze for 0.3 seconds, which made me very anxious. I first tried lowering texture quality in-game; while FPS increased by 5, the I/O bottleneck remained and stutters persisted, making the approach feel superficial. I then used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the game data read weight to the maximum. AIDA64 verified random read performance rose to 45-52 MB/s, response time hit 12-18ms via GamePP tool, and temps were 38-44℃ per HWMonitor.
