Fix Rule the Waves 3 FPS Drops
When facing massive crowds of enemies, my frame rate suddenly dropped from 120 to 70 FPS, which was incredibly anxiety-inducing. I initially tried setting the fans to full speed in the BIOS; while temp dropped by 5℃, the low-frequency drone was piercing in my quiet room. I then used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to bind fan speed to CPU temperature, starting linear acceleration at 60℃ and capping at 1400 RPM. Now, CPU temperature stays at 62-68℃ per AIDA64, and frame time is a steady 8-14ms per RTSS.
