Stop Physics-Based Stuttering
Swinging through the city became a nightmare when the physics calculations caused my power delivery to go haywire. I tried the default system High Performance setting, but CPU usage spiked and the game actually felt laggier. I then used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to force Extreme Performance mode and kill all energy-saving throttles. The GamePP sensor page showed voltage fluctuations dropped from 0.12V to 0.02V, while HWInfo recorded a steady 0.92-1.04V. GPU-Z showed power draw at 110-130W with temps at 68-74℃
