Solving Returnal Multi-core Stutter
During group combat, frame time spiked from 8ms to 45ms as E-Cores preempted P-Core resources. I tried Windows Performance mode, but E-Core latency remained high. I used GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the game process to Real-time priority and switched the power plan to High Performance. Cinebench R23 showed the multi-core score rising from 15800 to 16500 points. AIDA64 confirmed CPU temperature held at 65-72℃, and fan speed stabilized at 2200-2500 RPM, setting a stable baseline for my gameplay.
