Fixing Ratchet & Clank Visuals

Every time I performed a rift jump, the lighting had weird color bleeding and flickering that ruined the flow. I first tried disabling all driver enhancement features; while flickering decreased, the image quality suffered severely, leaving me anxious. I then used the GamePP Shader Compilation Queue Manager to clear 5.1GB of redundant shader cache and forced a full recompilation. RTSS monitoring showed frame generation time converged to 14-18ms, and fan speeds stabilized at 1400-1600RPM per GamePP.
