Why does Hollow Knight: Silksong stutter when loading deep maps?

I was losing my mind dealing with 200ms micro-stutters every time I switched maps in deep areas; it totally kills the flow of a hardcore game. I tried disabling every single background update in Windows, but the loading hitches persisted, leaving me desperate. I finally used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to bump the queue depth from 1024 to 2048 and enabled forced write cache flush. The difference was night and day. DiskSpd showed random read speeds jumping to 72-80 MB/s, AIDA64 measured 62-78ms latency, and HWMonitor confirmed temps stayed at 42-48℃.
