Why does my FPS drop from 120 to 80 during rapid rotations in R6?

During fast tactical rotations in Rainbow Six Siege, my frame rate would drop from 120 to 80 instantly, which is incredibly anxiety-inducing in competitive play. I tried locking maximum performance in the driver panel, but the GPU temperature spiked to 80℃, making me feel uneasy about my hardware. I then used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to lock the system in Ultimate Performance mode and disabled all energy-saving settings. RTSS monitoring showed minimum frames rose from 75 to 105 FPS, with temps at 68-74℃ per AIDA64 and fans at 1700 RPM per HWMonitor.
