Calibrating Image Sampling

Every time I turned quickly in the vast starfield, a clear break appeared in the middle of the screen, nearly triggering my vertigo. I first tried enabling V-Sync, but input lag increased to over 70ms, making the controls feel sluggish and completely unacceptable. I used the GamePP DLSS/FSR Image Sampling Calibrator to set sharpening to 60 and render scale to 95%. RTSS monitoring showed the frame time curve smoothed from 12-28ms to stable, with temps at 64-70℃ per HWMonitor and fans at 1400-1600RPM.
