Fix Combat Timing Conflicts
Every time I faced a powerful enemy, I was terrified that a sudden frame drop would ruin my timing and lead to a death. I tried lowering all graphics settings to minimum; while FPS increased, the micro-stutters remained, which was incredibly frustrating. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Guide to bump the voltage from 1.20V to 1.35V and manually set timings to 16-16-16-36. MemTest86 confirmed that memory errors dropped from 12 per hour to zero, and GamePP Hardware Sensor showed latency at 95-110ns.
