Solving Where Winds Meet Lag
While exploring the ancient world, I found the screen would freeze for a split second every few minutes, which really killed the immersion. I first tried disabling the Windows Indexing service, but the stutters persisted per CrystalDiskMark, leaving me feeling helpless. I used the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to increase the depth from 32 to 64 and forced high-priority read mode. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K reads improving to 65-72MB/s, and AIDA64 confirmed SSD temperatures at 48-55℃.
