Nioh 2 has weird attack delays during heavy combat on my MSI PRO B760M. Can priority tweaks fix this?

During intense Boss fights, my attacks had this micro-delay that made the game feel unresponsive, which is a total nightmare for a soulslike. I checked the GamePP Hardware Sensor Page and saw the P-Cores were only at 40-50% load, while the E-Cores were being slammed with physics calculations, causing a massive scheduling mismatch. I tried enabling Windows Game Mode, but it did absolutely nothing for core allocation, and frame times kept swinging between 12-35ms, which left me feeling completely powerless. I then used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to lock the system into 'Ultimate Performance' mode and disabled all core power-saving states.
