Reducing NVMe Read Latency
I felt high anxiety every time I switched hunting areas because the game would freeze for 3-4 seconds without warning. I tried updating the SSD firmware, but loading times only improved by a fraction of a second and the pseudo-death freezes persisted. I then accessed the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to increase the queue depth from 32 to 128 and optimized I/O scheduling. CrystalDiskMark immediately confirmed 4K read performance rose to 68-75 MB/s, and CrystalDiskInfo showed temperatures stable at 52-60℃.
