Why am I getting frame drops in Metaphor: ReFantazio on Soyo B660M?

Exploring the fantasy city became a source of anxiety because of these unpredictable frame drops. I tried increasing the virtual memory size, but it actually made things worse, with FPS dropping from 72 to 58 per FrameView. I then used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the game process to real-time priority. This slashed memory latency from 85-115ns to a smooth 9-13ms via FrameView. My motherboard temperature remained stable at 48-55℃ per GamePP Sensor, and memory stayed at 42-50℃ per AIDA64.
