How do I stop CPU throttling while building in Manor Lords?

Building my castle in Manor Lords caused the PA140 White to hit 95℃. I maxed the fan speed, but the noise was unbearable. AIDA64 showed the CPU throttling hard. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Panel to set low RPM below 70℃ and rapid increase above 80℃. AIDA64 confirmed peak temps dropped to 82℃. Stable range is 68-75℃. No more stutter.
