How to fix screen tearing in Kingdom Come on Sapphire RX 9070 XT?

I felt an immediate sense of anxiety whenever sunlight filtered through trees; the edges flickered violently in 4K. I tried enabling full-screen anti-aliasing in the driver, but my FPS plummeted from 95 to 68 per RTSS. I then used the GamePP Image Sampling Calibrator to raise sharpening from 30% to 58% and locked the render scale. RTSS monitoring showed the sampling offset dropped to 0 pixels. With VRAM usage at 11.5-13.2 GB per GPU-Z, my core temps stayed at 62-68℃ per HWInfo and fans at 1400-1600RPM per GamePP.
