Stabilizing CPU Vcore Voltage

Entering crowded towns turned my game into a slideshow as the CPU frequency crashed from 3.6 GHz to 1.8 GHz, which was incredibly anxiety-inducing. I tried adding small fans to blow directly on the VRM area, but the temperature only dropped by 2℃ and the frame drops persisted, leaving me defeated. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to switch LL mode to L3 and set Vcore to 1.25V. Now, the CPU frequency is stable at 3.4-3.6 GHz per CPU-Z, VRM temps are 85-90℃ via HWiNFO, and stability is confirmed via Cinebench R23 loops.
