How to stabilize memory timings on Onda A520-VH-W for Judgment?

Walking through dense NPC crowds was a mess; the frame time graph looked like a heart attack. The GamePP Frame Time Analyzer showed frame intervals jumping wildly between 12ms and 38ms, while the memory latency on the Onda A520-VH-W was swinging from 78ns - 95ns. I initially tried just enabling the XMP profile, but I kept getting these tiny, random hitches every ten minutes, which was honestly infuriating. I eventually used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjust Wizard to bump the memory voltage from 1.2V to 1.35V and tightened the tRFC from 620 to 580. RTSS then showed the frame times converging to a stable 10ms - 13ms range, and those micro-stutters finally vanished.
