How to fix VRM overheating on Maxsun MS-eSport B850ITX?

Core temps were jumping between 92℃ and 98℃, causing a massive frame drop every ten minutes. It was a miserable experience that made me realize I'd hit the thermal limit of this ITX board. I tried cranking the fan speeds in the BIOS, but the noise sounded like a jet engine taking off and the temps didn't budge an inch—a complete waste of time. I eventually went back into the BIOS and set the CPU Core Voltage Offset to -0.06V. Monitoring the load, I saw the core power draw drop from 160W to 135W. Early on, the system randomly rebooted twice until I tweaked the Load-Line Calibration parameters to get it stable. Finally, the VRM temps settled between 78℃ and 83℃, and frame fluctuations were capped within ±4 FPS. Manually tuning this was a pain, but it stopped the power-drop throttling, and the top of the case no longer feels like a hot plate. Voltage offsets beat raw airflow every time for sustained performance.
