Why does my FPS drop from 90 to 50 in Horizon combat scenes?

Every time I faced a giant mechanical beast releasing full-screen effects, my frame rate would plummet from 90 to 50, leaving me feeling incredibly anxious. I first tried disabling all power-saving options in the BIOS, but while temperatures rose by 5 degrees per HWiNFO, the voltage fluctuations persisted, proving it was a software-level issue. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to lock the system into Ultimate Performance mode and prioritized core voltage response in the Resource Scheduler. The hardware sensor page showed voltage fluctuations narrowed to within 0.2V, frame times stabilized at 14-18ms, and PSU fan speed hit 900-1200 RPM via GamePP.
