How do I stop CPU throttling in The Mageseeker with a Thermalright PA140 Peerless Assassin?

My CPU hit 85-90℃ during long arena battles, causing severe performance drops. I tried maxing out the fan speed, but the noise was unbearable and ineffective. I then accessed the GamePP Fan Curve Config and raised the threshold at 75℃ from 50% to 70%. The temperature dropped to 70-73℃, and the load remained stable per GamePP Stress Test. I successfully exported the profile for future use.
