Kioxia EXCERIA G2 I/O Priority
Every time I entered a new region, the loading bar would just hang at 85% for seconds. The anxiety of waiting was real. I tried cleaning 100GB of redundant system files to free up space, but the startup lag didn't change at all. I finally used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the game and decompression processes to real-time priority while restricting background I/O. GamePP monitoring showed disk active time dropped from 98% to 60-75%. CrystalDiskMark verified throughput at 2100-2400 MB/s, and HWMonitor kept my drive temps stable between 38-45℃.
