Prevent CPU Instant Downclocking
I watched my CPU frequency drop from 4.2GHz to 3.5GHz during multiplayer, ruining rare weapon drops. I tried manually locking the frequency, but the power wall triggered thermal protection, causing stuttering. I used GamePP Power Plan Switcher to enable High Performance mode and disable C-State in BIOS. This optimized power distribution, keeping CPU frequency stable at 4.1-4.2GHz per GamePP Hardware Sensor. Cinebench R23 multi-core score stabilized at 18000 points, and temperatures remained within 75-80°C, ensuring consistent performance.
