Frame drops during rat swarms were killing my stream. My MSI B760M GAMING PLUS WIFI was suffering from driver conflicts, with frame times jumping from 8ms to 45ms. I tried disabling the memory controller in Device Manager, but it killed my live stream, which was a total disaster. I needed a safer solution. I used GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detection Tool to set the memory background sync service to manual and enabled hardware encoding priority in OBS. RivaTuner showed frame times stabilizing at 7-12ms. CPU usage stayed steady at 65-72%. The volatility is gone. Switch to this configuration for smooth, conflict-free gameplay.
