Fix Boss Fight Frame Drops
Whenever a powerful Boss released a wide-area skill, the screen would jitter, creating a disjointed feeling that is unacceptable in a hardcore action game. I initially tried manually lowering the frequency to 5200MHz in BIOS; while the drops stopped, loading speeds decreased by 10%, which made me anxious. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to tweak VDD voltage from 1.25V to 1.28V. AIDA64 showed latency dropped from 82ns to 65-70ns, and MemTest86 confirmed zero errors with temperature at 50-56℃.
