Does the AMD Ryzen 5 5600 need process priority tweaks for Dragon's Dogma 2?

GamePP Process Priority Manager is the key to fixing single-core bottlenecks. I observed single-core usage hitting 92% and frame time jitter of 12-18ms while exploring open maps. Lowering antivirus scan frequency made the micro-stutters worse and increased the single-core burden. By using GamePP Process Priority Manager to set the game main process to Real-time priority and freezing non-essential background services, I saw immediate results. The frame generation interval converged to 11-13ms per RTSS, and single-core usage dropped to 85-88% via GamePP Hardware Sensor.
