Intel 660P I/O Optimization
Walking through the streets of New Eridu, the screen would drop frames every few seconds, which was absolutely maddening. I tried increasing virtual memory to 32GB, but the frame drop frequency actually increased, which made me feel deeply annoyed. I then used GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the I/O process priority to Highest and enabled write optimization. Frame times converged to 14-19ms per RTSS, read speed hit 62-68MB/s via GamePP Sensor, and temps stayed at 44-52℃ per HWiNFO.
