NVMe Queue Depth Configuration
Switching views in DS2 caused painful stutters. My ONDA 9D4-VH-D bandwidth plummeted from 25.6GB/s to under 12GB/s. I tried adjusting virtual memory, but it worsened the read/write conflicts. I then used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config to raise the depth from 512 to 1024 and enabled forced write cache refresh. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K random reads jumping from 35-42MB/s to 55-62MB/s. Load times dropped from 8s to 3s. This is the best way to set your storage for smooth exploration.
