That tiny, annoying hitch during a flick shot is amplified a million times at 240Hz—it felt like my mouse just stopped responding for a split second. Looking at the logs, the memory controller on the VastArmor Radeon RX 9070 XT Super Alloy Pro was hitting latency peaks of 82-95ns during high-frequency texture swaps. I tried forcing PCIe 5.0 in the BIOS, but that was a disaster and just gave me random BSODs on boot. I realized the issue was driver-level scheduling. I went into the Radeon panel, switched the memory management strategy to High Performance, and disabled unnecessary shader cache preloading.
