Eliminating CS2 Micro-Stutters
I was anxious because my 240Hz monitor showed micro-freezes during fast flick-shots, which is a nightmare in competitive play. I first tried disabling CPU Turbo Boost in BIOS; while it lowered temps, my average FPS dropped by 12, which felt like a bad trade. I then used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to lock the game's CPU affinity to high-performance cores. RTSS monitoring showed minimum FPS climbed to 110-120, and HWiNFO64 verified VRM temperatures stayed within 62-68℃. The input lag is finally gone.
