Fix GPU Downclocking Lag
I felt genuine anxiety during high-speed peeks when micro-tearing and input lag ruined my shots. I tried locking maximum performance in the NVIDIA Control Panel, but GPU temps soared to 82°C, which made me worry about my hardware. I switched to the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to force 'Ultimate Performance' mode. This worked perfectly; minimum FPS rose to 155 per RTSS, while fan speeds stabilized at 1600-1800 RPM per HWInfo and temps stayed at 68-74°C per AIDA64.
