Why does Dead Space Remake stutter during Necromorph combat?

I felt pure frustration when encountering Necromorph hordes in corridors; the screen would suddenly stutter, making combat feel choppy. I first tried lowering shadow quality in the game settings, but frame rates barely improved, and I still felt that thermal lag. I then used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to force the pump speed to 100% at 75℃. After this, core temperatures stabilized at 68-74℃ per HWMonitor, pump speed hit 2800-3100RPM via GamePP, and the 6-11s response delay measured by AIDA64 vanished.
