How to fix Control 2 loading stutter with Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 6800?

Map switches in Control 2 had 15-22ms latency, ruining the open-world flow. I tried a 32GB page file, but FPS dropped from 120 to 88. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to raise depth to 2048 and enabled forced write cache flush. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K random reads jumping to 68-75MB/s. Load times dropped from 12s to 5s. These settings eliminated the stutter.
