Can a firmware update fix FireCuda 530 crashes in Helldivers 2?
This drive was acting like a joke under pressure; I had three full BSODs just loading the map, and the error codes looked like random numbers. I tried killing every single background app, which helped for a minute, but the second I hit a firefight, it crashed again. It was ridiculous. I decided to go nuclear and flashed the latest official firmware, then slammed the power plan to High Performance, disabling every single energy-saving toggle. In the monitor, the read/write error rate dropped from 0.3% to 0%, and load times stabilized at 6 seconds instead of 15. I actually panicked during the first update because the partition disappeared, but a quick rescan in Disk Management brought it back. SSD temps are now 58 - 65℃, controller fluctuating between 72 - 78℃. I logged the whole I/O curve during a stress test, and the fans are humming along steadily at 1400 - 1600RPM.
