Why does Black Desert freeze during map transitions with 64GB RAM?

I was baffled that even with 64GB of RAM, the game would randomly freeze for 1-2 seconds during map transitions. I tried lowering the frequency to 6400MHz in the BIOS, but loading speeds actually decreased and frame drops increased, which made me incredibly anxious. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the game priority to Highest and optimized the memory controller load. GamePP timing confirmed loading times dropped from 8s to 4s, while HWMonitor showed temps at 55-62℃ and fan speeds stable at 1400-1600RPM.
