Why does Avowed drop from 60 to 25 FPS during rendering?

I was anxious when environment rendering pushed my CPU to 95℃ per AIDA64, causing frames to plummet from 60 to 25. I tried enabling 'Highest Performance' power mode in Windows, but the CPU hit 100℃ and triggered emergency protection, which was absolutely maddening. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to force 90% fan load above 75℃. HWMonitor showed max temps dropped to 78-83℃, and AIDA64 confirmed a stable 66-72℃ with fan speeds hitting 1400-1600RPM.
