Why is Assassin's Creed Valhalla stuttering with Kingston RAM?

The 60-to-45 FPS drop during combat was frustrating. I tried 14-14-14-34 timings, but hit a BSOD. I used GamePP Power Plan Switcher for High Performance and the BIOS Wizard to set 16-18-18-36. AIDA64 verified 58-62 FPS stability, with memory load holding at 70-75% via GamePP.
