Fix Thermal FPS Swings
I felt incredibly anxious watching my frame rates dive from 90 to 50 during critical stealth segments. I tried using the BIOS Full Speed mode, but it was a nightmare; it created 48dB of noise while only dropping my temps by 3℃. I decided to use the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration to set a steep growth curve between 1800-2300 RPM for the 75-90℃ range. HWMonitor confirmed peak temperatures held steady at 82-86℃, and Cinebench R23 verified that my CPU frequency finally stopped throttling. Pure bliss.
