How to stop Zero Parades from hanging at 90% on FireCuda 540?

It was maddening; during combat transitions, the loading bar would just freeze at 90% for seconds. I tried killing all background updates in Windows, but the gain was basically zero. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to raise the queue depth from 1024 to 2048 and optimized I/O priority. CrystalDiskMark confirmed 4K random reads rose from 50MB/s to 68-75MB/s, and HWMonitor showed 45-52℃. AIDA64 measured scheduling latency at 20-40ms, proving the congestion was finally gone.
