Fix Scene Loading Frame Drops
It's ridiculous that a cooler of this grade fails during scene loading. AIDA64 showed temps between 92-98℃, and frames plummeted from 120 to 40 FPS. I first tried setting the pump to fixed maximum speed in BIOS, but the noise was deafening and the vibrations made my entire desk shake. I finally opened the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel, set the pump response delay to 0, and triggered 80% speed at 60℃. Now, frame times converged to 8-12ms per RTSS, and CPU temperatures stabilized at 65-72℃ per HWInfo, with pump voltage steady at 1.1-1.2V.
