How can I reduce frame generation jitter in Unknown 9: Awakening?

Exploring the open world felt stuttery with 10-20ms jitter. I lowered texture quality, which hurt the visuals but didn't fix the pacing. I used GamePP Resource Scheduler Panel to enable memory prefetch and set the power plan to High Performance. GamePP shows frame generation now stable at 12-15ms, with bus temps under 65°C. This export of settings ensures consistent performance.
