Why does MX vs ATV Legends drop to 40 FPS during jumps?

During fast slide-jumps, the frame rate would randomly drop to 40, making me extremely cautious in competitive play. I ran the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool, which showed everything was normal, but the drops persisted. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Guide to lock memory voltage at 1.35V and VCCIO at 1.1V. AIDA64 stress tests showed a stable voltage line, HWiNFO confirmed memory temps at 42-48℃, and BIOS verified VCCIO at 1.1V.
