Can process priority fix memory stutters in Witcher 3 Next-Gen?
It's unbelievable that in the Next-Gen update, the crowds in Novigrad can turn my high-end rig into a slideshow. My analysis showed the Huntkey Blizzard T600's airflow was creating heat pockets, with VRM temps swinging between 88℃ - 96℃, leading to memory controller delays of 12 - 18ms. I first tried killing all the in-game shadows, but while the FPS went up, that annoying 'sticky' feeling during movement remained—a total waste of time. I opened the GamePP Resource Scheduler Panel and bumped the game process to Realtime priority, while simultaneously cranking the front case fans to 1600 RPM in the fan panel. Suddenly, walking through the city didn't feel like wading through glue anymore.
