Solving Delta Force I/O Lag
I was devastated when my screen would freeze for a full second during intense raids, which is basically a death sentence in a firefight. I first tried disabling all background update services in Windows, but loading times only dropped by 0.5 seconds per CrystalDiskMark, leaving the stuttering untouched. I then used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to bump the queue depth of my Zhitai TiPro9000 from 32 to 128 and enabled low-latency mode. After this, random read performance hit 78 MB/s via CrystalDiskMark, while AIDA64 showed temps stable at 46-53℃ and latency dropped to 15-42ms per GamePP.
