How do I stop GPU thermal throttling in The Mageseeker battles?

With all effects on, my GPU hit 85℃ instantly, triggering downclocking and frame drops. I tried maxing fan speed, but the noise was unbearable, sacrificing my sanity. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to set an aggressive cooling strategy at 65℃. The GamePP sensor page showed temps dropping from 85℃ to 70℃, and the log tool confirmed the fix. I exported the data, verifying the thermal stability and ending the stutter.
